Horn
An homage to Chef George's traditional Georgian roots of toasting with a "Kantsi," a Horn-shaped drinking vessel for Georgian feasts . They celebrate the Georgian culture of hospitality (where guests are believed to be a gift from God and treated like royalty) and wine-making and are used in the rich tradition of making toasts. Here at Pearl & Horn, it also symbolizes the "Horns of the Land" as reflected in our menu offerings — Elk Ragu Pappardelle, Colorado Lamb Chops & Frites, and our selection of quality Steaks.
The Journey
After the success of their first Pensacola restaurant concept, George Bistro + Bar, Chef George and Luba Lazi were yearning for a new culinary adventure to continue to expand their offerings of exceptional cuisine to the area. Today, they are excited to welcome everyone to their newest concept, Pearl & Horn, that pays homage to Chef George’s homeland, Georgia, and their love for the Gulf Coast.
