We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Training Supervisor to lead the development of our order selectors and warehouse team members. If you’re passionate about coaching people, building strong teams, and driving performance — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage our Order Selector Training Program
  • Develop, update, and improve training materials and processes
  • Supervise and coach warehouse trainers
  • Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps
  • Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, SOPs, GMPs, and SQF food safety standards
  • Maintain accurate training documentation
  • Partner with leadership to align training with operational KPIs
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Prepare reports for upper management on training effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
  • 5+ years warehouse operations experience (selector experience strongly preferred)
  • Previous training or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of order picking, inventory control, and logistics
  • Experience with Food Safety Programs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and hold teams accountable
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software
