We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Training Supervisor to lead the development of our order selectors and warehouse team members. If you’re passionate about coaching people, building strong teams, and driving performance — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage our Order Selector Training Program
- Develop, update, and improve training materials and processes
- Supervise and coach warehouse trainers
- Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps
- Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training
- Provide one-on-one coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, SOPs, GMPs, and SQF food safety standards
- Maintain accurate training documentation
- Partner with leadership to align training with operational KPIs
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare reports for upper management on training effectiveness
You won’t just train employees — you’ll shape the future of our warehouse operations.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- 5+ years warehouse operations experience (selector experience strongly preferred)
- Previous training or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of order picking, inventory control, and logistics
- Experience with Food Safety Programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, engage, and hold teams accountable
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software
