Capitol City Produce is seeking a Sales & Pricing Analyst to join our team! This role plays a key part in helping us achieve our annual sales and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with sales leadership, finance, and operations to support sales planning, pricing, reporting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer, category, and product sales and margins.
- Support annual sales planning and forecasting.
- Manage weekly pricing updates and cost verifications.
- Assist with customer and school bids, contracts, and pricing programs.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and customers.
- Maintain Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly customer rebate processes.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and G Suite (or similar).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities.
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to the refrigerated warehouse and surrounding areas. The position requires adaptability to fast-paced situations and short deadlines.
