What You'll Do:
- Build powerful partnerships with Rouses corporate leaders, regional managers, and store teams
- Lead exciting merchandising events—from grand openings to department resets
- Scout competitor operations and identify game-changing new products
- Ensure quality standards are met through "meet the truck" audits
- Travel the Gulf Coast region, making an impact at every stop
What Makes You Perfect:
- 3+ years of related experience (supermarket background is a plus!)
- Natural relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional follow-through
- Ready to travel regularly (up to 20% overnight)
- Lives in or relocates to the New Orleans Metro area
