What You'll Do:

  • Build powerful partnerships with Rouses corporate leaders, regional managers, and store teams
  • Lead exciting merchandising events—from grand openings to department resets
  • Scout competitor operations and identify game-changing new products
  • Ensure quality standards are met through "meet the truck" audits
  • Travel the Gulf Coast region, making an impact at every stop

  • 3+ years of related experience (supermarket background is a plus!)

  • Ready to travel regularly (up to 20% overnight)
  • Lives in or relocates to the New Orleans Metro area
