What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and hire top talent across multiple departments
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Be the welcoming face of our company for all new hire
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from posting to onboarding
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to attract great talent

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of recruiting/HR experience (bonus if you’ve worked in food, logistics, or produce!)
- Dayforce ATS or HRIS experience is a plus
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Someone excited to share our story and help grow our team
