People are at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for a Director of Employee Relationships & Development who’s excited to lead, connect, and make an impact.

In this role, you’ll partner with executive leadership, support employees at every stage of their journey, and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This is a hands-on, on-site role where presence truly matters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Develop training, recognition, and engagement programs
  • Manage HR systems and employee records

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Experience with HR technology (Dayforce preferred)
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
