Part-time Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Supports fast-paced marketing function, reporting to the Senior Marketing Analyst
- Creates compelling messages for target audiences via storytelling and brand-building
- Assists with digital marketing including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and online advertising
- Short-form video production (experience helpful, not required) and social media and brand content creation
- Communicates and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders/customers
- Assembles materials and provides set-up assistance for promotions and events
- Works/staffs marketing events during the work week and after hours/weekends (Examples: Brew @ The Zoo, LRA Showcase, Customer Farmer’s Markets)
- Creates POS (Point-Of-Sale) and collateral materials for the Sales team
- Designs artwork and crafts vibrant messaging to support the marketing materials that support internal and external functions.
- Proofreads and edits documents
- Performs other related administrative duties as needed
- Engages with suppliers & partners (XDesign) about ongoing projects, work requests, and editing.
- Product images and website digital asset management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in marketing; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with brand social media management and Content Creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
- Experience with Marketing tools or any other creative design tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite i.e., Acrobat, PhotoShop, InDesign, Canva
- Graphic design and Digital design skills are a plus!
- Experience with flyer and POS creation.
- Ability to perform at an intermediate level with Google Suite or MS Office
- Highly organized and efficient

Expected hours: 20-25 hours per week with flexible schedule
